MW's Hijabi Threads Review

Hello Belle Whirlers,

Insha`Allah everyone is well.

I came across this hijab store on Facebook, and it was during their 'OMGosh Offer' which was buy 2 hijabs for £10 or 3 hijabs for £13, so I thought, why not give them a go? Their hijabs looked really nice and one of the scarves appeared to be the perfect match of brown to a maxi dress of mine. So, I was sold, especially with such a bargain at the moment.
This offer can only be done via emailing their account, so I emailed them the three that took my fancy, also asking a question in regards to the size of the hijabs, and to my delight the servicing was very prompt and personal.

Also, another thing which made me draw to them, is that their delivery is free in the UK, which I think is great and is definitely an advantage to their business compared to other hijab businesses out there at the moment.

I ordered on a Saturday, paid by PayPal, which is the safest option in my opinion, and it was with me by Tuesday! So, not only is the delivery free, its also ridiculously prompt!! It came in a red bag, with heart stickers on it, adding the personal touch.

Again, another personal touch, showing that they put time and effort into their products to leave their customers satisfied, they even handwrite a cute little note!! I love that! I actually carefully peeled the stickers off and added it to the cover of my moleskine because they were that cute, hehe.

These are the three I ordered: the lacey dot hijab, the safari mix and the black paisley hijab. The two black ones are oversized, whilst the safari one is normal size, but as you can see in a previous post, it provides more than enough coverage.

Review:
I thought the hijabs were great.
Large enough for chest coverage.
They`re also really a really soft material, which is great.

Insha`Allah, this business continue to be successful and grow, so do check them out on:

MW's Baking Time: Macarons

Whirlers <3

Sooo, I made macarons for the first time the other week, and I had to share because I was absolutely surprised that the outcome was half decent.
I kept it boring for the first attempt and just left it at vanilla flavour, because I didn`t want to overwhelm myself lol.
You`re supposed to let a skin form, once you`ve put the mixture onto the baking tray, but I was impatient and only waited 10 minutes, when you were supposed to leave it for 60 minutes. Whoops. But, thats why it didn`t come out perfect :(

BUT, IMPORTANTLY, THEY TASTED NOM!!

This was the final outcome:

Have any of you guys made macarons? What would you recommend for colour/flavourings when I make my next batch?

MW's OOTD: Casual and Help Required

Whirlers!

Heres a look I`m liking at the moment, what with the weather being horrible and unpredictable most of the time...I`m loving chucking on a knit over my shirts. I`m also trying really hard to stop wearing black, and it`s not like me to wear something this bright, but I`m trying to come out of my comfort zone lol.

So, throw on a chunky knit over your shirt, and fold the sleeves up if you`re okay with that, and rock the casual yet formal look! Its so easy to do, definitely modest and so comfortable.

What I`m wearing:
Blue Shirt - H&M
Dark Blue Chunky Knit - H&M [Mens]
Fuschia Maxi Skirt - Dhaka
Snakeprint Scarf - F21 [Mens]
Accessories - H&M/F21

What do you guys think of the combo? Yay or nay? Because, I`m finding it really difficult to match this hijab with clothes!! It's a grey snakeprint hijab! So doesn't go with everything. Do you have any suggestions for colour combo`s with the scarf? What outfit would you wear with it? Help! lol!

You can`t have a Mehendi without cool engraved watermelons!! Can`t really see clearly in this photo, but there was two different kinds of roses in this basket.

When they went to discuss the vows.
When they were saying the vows, which by the way, was hilarious as it was just SO awkward as her parents were there, too lol.
When they were signing the registry book, or were they pretending and actually just posing? lol
Legally married!! lol.

This is what I wore to the Registry: a black maxi dress, khaki cropped jacket, a skinny waist belt, nude heels and a black scarf.
When it was time for the girls to catch the bouquet! Look at me at the front! Nobody was getting past me!!
Cute!
So happy lol. And, then we were told off for taking photos here.
